This post is all about me.  And my wonderful co-workers.

On December 17, we had a Let it Heal Christmas party.  We all dressed up fancy, decorated the large room in the clinic, and ordered a caterer to prepare the best prime rib he could muster (and chicken for those of us who prefer not to eat red meat).

As usual, we planned our regular gift exchange, where everyone comes with a gift valued around $20 and we all swap and then fight for the favourites.  As usual, my husband and I came prepare with our gifts for the exchange.

What I didn’t know is that all of the wonderful girls that work with me at Let it Heal had decided to boycot the gift exchange in favour of a much more worthy cause — ME!  They pooled their money together and bought me the most beautiful piece of art I have ever had my eyes set on… one which they knew I wanted but couldn’t fit into the budget.

The photo below doesn’t do justice to the beautiful art on our wall at our new clinic.  I look at it and feel light, hope, faith, love, God, health…. so many positive things… I only hope that you feel the same next time you are in.

So this is my public “thank you” to all of my wonderful co-workers at Let it Heal — you really shouldn’t have… but I”m so happy that you did!
